The "Huakun Rubber" nylon encapsulation series TPE has excellent adhesive encapsulation effect. Can be injection molded with PA6/PA66 and its reinforced models (30% gf PA6, 30% gf PA66), with excellent bonding effect, high peel strength, and product hardness adjustable within the range of 45A-85A; The product has a uniform surface without flow marks, good weather resistance, easy coloring, and no precipitation. It can pass international environmental certification tests such as RoHS, REACH, PAHs, phthalates (salts), BPA, etc. The scraps can be 100% recycled and reused.
